I haven't actually been there but intend to in a couple of weeks time, but from what I've read in recent JBRs it sounds like it has a romantic atmosphere. I found the cooks at Jimbaran Bay leave a little to be desired when it comes to cooking seafood, with the food being overcooked and dry. To me a romantic evening involves great company, environment and food. A chef whose work I respect loves the food at the Living Room. Spend a bit of time searching the archives. I've been to KuDeTa - pricey and great but not what I would call that romantic. LaLucciola has a more romantic atmosphere at night.
