Hi Maree,
Alex is based in Tuban. 5 mins to airport & 5 mins to centre of Kuta.
It is best to email him & give your number & he will SMS you as his prepaid is sometimes out of credit & he has a habit of dropping his mobile in hotel swimming pools!!
Alex will also pick you up from the airport if you would like & help you with your luggage too.
