We took three disposable cameras snorkling with us (one each) last week. An Agfa, Fuji and one other which escapes me now all well known brands. All bought at Big W two went to 4 meters deepth one went further, all haad 27 exposures. I was avisded to get here but didn't see any avalible over there though wasnt really looking.
I was pleasantly suprised with the pictures. They were clear no focusing problems which I expected as lets face it your floating about and the fish are moving. I do agree with the comment about the fish being far away as each photo I took had at least one beautiful fish in it and I have too look close to find it how ever I think some playing about on the computer will find them again, and the coral looks great. Got some great shots of deep drop offs and beautiful coral.
I did miss the telephoto on my digital - plus the lcd screen - we are spoilt now! So if the underwater digitals are in your price range go for it otherwise no harm in the disposables. I had all three developed & put on disk for I think 61,000rp which included scaning the film if I read there notes right.
Really glad we took the cameras.
