There is a restaurant called Rivoli that do all you can eat and drink on a Monday night and also Ladies (men can go too) Cocktail night on a Thursday (which is also all you can drink). It's AU$25 and so worth it. We went three times and loved it every time. It goes from 7 - 11pm but drinks are from 8 - 11pm...then we would go onto Paddy's which closes at 4am.
They sell tickets at The Bounty Hotel during the week...not sure about The Barong but if you want a ticket just go to The Bounty Hotel (just down the lane from The Barong) and buy them.
