Joni's is the restaurant and bar of the Legian Village hotel in Jl Padma.
they have happy hour on Bintangs from 11am to stumps and on cocktails and other drinks from about 5pm to 11pm I think.
my partner never drinks cocktails over here but in bali he was whooping it up every day !
