for you to sms or call an australian mobile from bali do this:
+61 and mobile number with out the first zero. eg 0412345678
becomes +61412345678 for you to call or sms an australian mobile.
for your friends/family to contact you tell them to put +62 and the same ie. if your bali mobile number is 0818666888666 tell them to enter it into their phone as +62818666888666 cheers
