I was going to use this for trips to Bali until I read the fine print and found put there was a $200.00 excess on the first four listed items you were likely to claim for eg health, luggage tickets etc. My gold card is with the NAB. I now use Covermore bought through Flight Centre. I needed them this trip and found them terrific, they kept in touch with me in Bali to see how I was going. They have a 10 day turnaround for claims. I am in the process of putting in my claim.
