We are still relatively new - were at Waterbom Park in April 2004 when our little one was 5 and there were possibly two rides she couldn't go on but she is quite tall - I think the height is 120cm -for the biggest two slides -this year in January she just scraped in and went down the big one!! But have to say there was enough to keep her challenged with the other slides when she didn't make the height restriction.
We loved the Patra Bali where we stayed - great kids club but a bit further south than the Dynasty - I had heard the Dynasty was too crowded in school holiday periods but you should miss those. Hope you have a great time.
