Recommendations: Seminyak Villas

Hello-

Need some advise, please. Am visiting Bali 16-27 August 2005. Want to stay in Seminyak. Previous few years have stayed at Dyana Villas in Seminyak, but this year they are fully booked. Have been given the following options:
> Kembali Villas
> Villa 8
> Villa Lalu
Any opinions from recent visitors? Kembali Villas look very nice on their web site, but someone mentioned possibility of construction in front of villa offices (noise problem?). Appreciate any info or feedback.
