You can do an elephant safari ride & whitewater rafting at Bakkas Elephant Park. Have you been to Amed as yet? If not, I would highly recommend it as a must see area - extremely relaxed, you can snorkel around here, chill out, see the most amazing sunrises over Mt Agung. I would also recommend Wawa Wewe as a place to stay - has an amazing infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Just wonderful. Oh speaking of Agung you can do a trek up the volcano if you are quite fit. Otherwise Mt Batur is a gentler climb I'm told but still a bit of a challenge and takes much less time than Agung. Also there's Lovina in Northern Bali where you can see dolphins and if you are into snorkelling/diving Menjangan Island is meant to be one of the best spots in Bali to do this. Well there's a few things for starters, anyway.
