There's a seller got them listed on there right now for AU$29.95 each Buy It Now - definitely over priced, but that's what most shops sell them for here. The auction is listed under "New Balinese Festival Flag 7 Metre" and they've got them in all sorts of colours, including white. Shipping is worldwide too.
I doubt you'd buy them too much cheaper anywhere else except for in Bali where you'd get them for a quarter of the price.
