They should be open. Only change as much as you need to last until morning as the rates are not too good. Go to PT Central Kuta money changers that are usually in the Kodak shops ( one also next to Matahari in Kuta Square ) They give you receipts and you can count the money as many times as you like to check. Never been a rupiah out with them. They are the best.
