Vira or Green Garden Beach Resort?

Need some info
Has anyone stayed at the Vira or Green Garden Beach Resort next to beach not "Green Garden Hotel"which has different location but owned by same people
If anyone has stayed at either location, would appreciate any comments both positive or negative
We have two kids - 8yrs and 15 yrs and want to book in September
