that you dont need water to wash off - very useful to take with you and use just before you eat - when you dont know where your hands have been! Your hands feel 'refreshed' and clean afterwards - and surpisingly not gluggy having not used any water to rinse!
Comes (or maybe came!) in a small bottle to fit in your handbag/bum bag!
