We have been staying in Sanur for around 25 years (about 35 trips) and have to say that Sanur, like most places in Bali, is blessed with some top notch tucker houses. The Jepun near the corner of Tamlingang and Poso is excellent. Likewise Donalds on The Beach near the Sanur Beach Hotel.If you like Indian then try the Maharini just around the corner from the Jepun in Jalan Poso. Our favourite is through the Gazebo Gottages and about 100 yards to the left along the beach footpath, the Bonsai Cafe and Restaraunt. Eating in Bali is a wonderful adventure of trying as many different restaurants, before time defeats you,as you can. You will soon make one or two or all of them your favourite. Enjoy the experience of as many as you can. Good Luck and Happy Eating
