amongst a few would have to include Spirit Cafe. Its along the beach, just past Grand Bali Beach Hotel but before Tootsies Restaurant. Its located in a new building shaped like a U and it is right a the back. Owned by two lovely Aussie ladies Gloria and Liz. They do brilliant coffee, cakes sandwiches and every couple of days they also have meat and chicken pies. They opened in the last couple of weeks and my hubby LOVED it there. He tried the meat and chicken pies, lemon meringue pie and apple pie. Gloria cooks them fresh herself.
Cant speak about them highly enough...Food was great, erspecially when you are overdoing the indonesian fare and want something a bit more tame.
