I'd be wary of doing this. Our customs and excise are quite hot on intercepting and taxing items coming in by post from overseas. Thats even on legal stuff. Anything dodgy takes you into an even riskier area. At least the items carry a chance of being destroyed.
Its an area of our legal system which is full of odd rules.
Just a warning, forewarned and all that.
