Hi ya Inmyblood,
As Tubes has said Matahari is a good place to start. Not only are the prams cheap but also have built in suspension for those bumpy paths. Really saves the little um's bum's. We brought one in April last year and it has now been back and forth to bali 4 times and is still going strong. Going with us again in July. As for leaving it there I used to work at Ansett and it is normal airline practice that pram's should not be counted as part of your weight allowance either there or back.
Although in Bali they do have their own rules but all we have done in the past if they have tried to weigh it "is say that you asked and were told it would not count and they will let you take it off the scales....."and not count it.

Hope it helps
