I cannot say how dissapointed I am about the Dynasty. I have been looking forward to staying there for years because of their family friendly atmosphere and because we have a special needs request (disabled room for a paraplegic) the price range is completly out of our range. The only room that accomodates a wheelchair is an 'executive suite' at an additional cost of around $3000.00 above the cost of a normal room for 10 days. I had a quote from two travel agents and had the same result. When I met the staff at the Bali Expo at the Fremantle Terminal in November to make enquiries, I was half way through talking to them and then was totally ignored because another person arrived that they knew and wanted to chat to them.
Why should a special needs room cost more than a normal room? Is that not discrimination? All we wanted is a family friendly hotel that has good disabled facilities. We were told the Dynasty had these.
