The list is a bit longer now as things get added from time to time.
One item I've not added yet is small mirrors (or large ones for that matter) which the girls and women seem to love. Last time we went we took a number of different size ones to the orphanage at Tuka, including a full length one in two pieces. I really hope that some the smaller ones escaped the sister's clutches and got to the girls.
I used plastic mirror which does not break easilly of course and which I got cheap. Plastic shops often have off-cuts and built-in wardrobe makers also as they use it in mirrored doors. The plastic base is acrylic whch can be cut to size and shape and smoothed with ordinary wood and metal working tools.
Have a great holiday and thank you on behalf of all the kids who are going to smile at you but who may be too excited to thank you themselves.
