I figure that if all the bags have white chalk on them, the customs officers might get sick of doing strip searches by the time I get there, and so they won't find the drugs I keep stashed in my butt. It's only aspirin... I keep it there for personal reasons.
Another fun thing to do while travelling: you know how some hotels give you a complimentary sewing kit? Use it to sew the sheets to the mattress. Sew the pillows to the curtains. Leave the needles in the carpet. Let them know you've been there.
