Most of you will know the service Helgi offers to us all, i am writing this because i feel he is a freind to many and at the same time making a living like all of us want to do in every country. He goes out of his way to offer a great service, any of you who don't know what he does read below. Sorry if i am or have ticked off anyone with me comments but i feel it's needed to be said, comments below..
To start there are about 4 companies if you can call them that, that make the DVD's for Bali in Java, most stores will buy them from outlets in Bali or Java and on sell to us at a small profit, yes small when we are paying $1.50each it is small. Still some want to get them a bit better, fair enough but Helgi does more than your local street stall and then i read today what does he give for free... thats why i am posting this meesage i wrote before again (below) After reading this make your own minds up take $3.00 from a Business owner who then will make about $1 on the sale or be fair your choice..But don't do to someone who offers door to door service.
why am i doing this simple, he has given me everytime what i have asked for, at a price he said and has back his business with a return or money back if the product fails. Do you need to ask for more??

He brings them to your hotel, packed in your 198 case DVD folder including paper covers, if you want to put into something else when you get home. Cheap if not free DVD player rental. The offer of online selection from your home town then a call from him when you are in Bali to say he is coming over to deliver "Free Of Charge" to You!!@. Also knowing that if a DVD fails he will replace even to send it to you when you are home at NO COST TO YOU and you still want a cheaper rate than about $1.50AUS Come on. He looks after them who looks after him. he gave me a free DVD folder which i didn't ask for and i felt bad about taking it. $1.50 and he brings to you. If you are after a $3.00 saving on $15.00 for Ten DVD's Hey i will not disavantage him for what he does and i will give you the $3.00 but if everyone did that to him his PERSONAL service would stop. Do you ask the guy at the bar after you have had ten Bintangs for a discount?? when you are paying 10,000Rph's for one..... No. you are getting something very cheap already be fair and think about it.
