Nice menu Didiaust. I'm a Canadian professor from Korea and Kimchi is a spicy type cabbage that is a staple in Korea like vegemite in Oz.-hahahahah!! Well, 3 more sleeps and my Korean lady friend and myself will be in Baliland--so --we'll make sure to taste the delicacies of the island---if I didn't ask you--can you recommend a wonderful restaurant for Valentine's Day--we'll be in Ubud then--many forumites have given a suggestion-and I am very greatful for their input-but--more ideas never hurt. I know of Dirty Duck--the Indus--Mosaic...any others--it's people like you and all the forum contributors that fire up the energy in us first-timers.
