Take a cab. To Kuta it should cost 25-30,000 Rp (Au$4-5) and take about 15 minutes, longer if you arrive at a busy time of day. To avoid dodgy taxi drivers, you can pay at a counter just outside the arrivals gate (if you get lost just follow someone who looks like they know what they're doing... you can't really miss it). The hotel should hang on to your luggage for no charge, but tip them anyway.
