double-check with your doctor or get in touch with the TMVC (if in Australia - www.tmvc.com.au). I think you can get a 'jab in the bum' for Hep A (gammuglobulin ?) -it only lasts for about 3 months, but it may give you almost instant protection - your doc will know & should be able to squeeze you in for an emergency appointment. BUT as per everyone else's responses, lots of people don't bother & they've "survived" (including me for many trips to Bali years ago). Have a great trip & enjoy yourself! :)
