US$20 for a full day ie approx 180,000Rupiah. From 8am to 9.30pm. Stop anywhere, anytime, for whatever. This rate was for the full a/c van. Not per person. We tipped our driver US$5 and invited him for lunch/dinner. But, that was not obligatory. This was in Nov/Dec, 2004, on our first and only trip to Bali. Please understand that we did not bargain. This was the going rate outside DKP, Tuban, South Kuta.
