we stayed at the puri raja for xmas 2004.tried to get it with travel agent but no luck. however booked straight with the hotel and had no problems. i have learnt that each wholesaler only has a certain amount of bookings with each hotel. so sometimes it might pay to get the travel agent to try a different wholesaler
