Stayed at NL Resort - have raved on about that place non stop since I got back - it honestly was that good...check the archives or email me if you like. Absolute 5* paradise, the best of everything - very 'couples' & romantic.
Waka Nusa, didn't stay, visited friends there and got a tour.
Not beachfront, but as good as. Anyway, its very noisy down at the beach early morning on NL - folks leaving to go out on the boats, fisherman coming back in and selling fish - so if you like a sleep in you realy don't want beachfront anyway.
The huts are gorgeous, circular, really nice bathroom, tour director will take you anywhere, arrange anything. I'd stay there.
Also, along the beach on that strip is Bali Hai Huts - overpriced/pokey/shared bathroom - not my cup of tea - but they do have good grub.
Also, at the other end and very low priced, Mushrooms resort - cute little cottages, 1940's bathrooms - and the most hospitable staff ever. The view from these (2 * I reckon) is amazing.
Then, its a bike ride away to Jungabatu (sp) Coconuts - lots of stairs & salt water showers (pass)
& Jungabatu bungalows - sound nice for (3*?) on our short list for trip with kids. Also, there is a villa/coral house if thats your thing.
Whatever you do, make the effort for about 3 nights.
Also, grab a Lembongan Limo to Dream Beach and have dinner at the restaurant near Devils Tear. The best night ever. Upstairs, catch any breeze, good, cheap grub, great folk, the best sunset view, dropping over Mt Agung.........romannnnntic.
Anyway, any ?'s, sing out.
