Dave Fisher (songwriter) where are you?

Does anyone know of Dave Fisher who wrote the song "Bali Dreaming" ? He frequently travels to Bali. Often doing music jams at places like Expresso Bar and Jaya Pub. I thought he lived in Ferntree Gully Vic. Can anyone help me?
