When we are in bali ( and can be bothered!) we go to the Ade Rai gym, about 50m south of the Jl. Melasti/ Main drag traffic lights, enter the laneway next to La Porchetta restaurant - go down the laneway and up the stairs at the back. They cahrge about 30,000rp ( less than $5) for a session and it is by far the best gym in Bali - run by a westerner.
