We recently stayed at Tamu Seseh and there was a couple there doing exactly that during our stay. Not being backward in coming forward, we decided to 'join' the festivities ( actually we were invited!)The ceremony was stunning, held in the open living pavilion of their villa as the sunset over the ricefields stretching behind them to the ocean. At dusk the staff lit up dozens of bamboo torches in the ricefields, and had candles and flowers floating on the pool. A traditional 'Gamalung'( sp?) band played in the background - it was dead romantic and extremely atmospheric. We left them just as they were bringing out an amazing feast for them and their dozen or so guests. The manager told us they often host marriages/ renewals and commitment ceremonies there, apparently - I am fairly sure it was in conjunction with Bali Weddings International, or something similar. Website for Tamu Seseh is www.tamugroup.com - have a great ceremony!
