There's a tailor on the corner of Jl Bakung Sari & Jl Legian. I can't remember the name but she made me a skirt from an Ad I got out of a magazine, to my measurements. 3 years since our last trip and it's been washed about 50 times! It still looks brand new & the sewing is fantastic.
I also got some evening wear bustier tops made by the tailor inside the walls of the Kuta Beach Club hotel on Jl Bakung Sari. Their name is Volare (volare_tailor@hotmail.com). I think the only issues is getting clothes made ina non-airconditioned shop! it's REALLY sticky trying on clothes.
