You may not like this suggestion but I would say swap agents. This has happened to me in the past, only to find when I arrived in Bali my hotel of choise wasn't booked out at all. It seems that agents have a quota at each hotel. If there quota is sold out is doesn't necessarily mean the hotel is booked out. Have not seen LP, but Puri Raja is definately nicer than Champlung Mas, not that there is anything wrong with Champlung Mas. Goodluck and have fun.
