Is a real problem in Bali - there are very few internet cafes that offer real high speed connections. One that is very reliable, quite fast, and has it's own broadband antenna is Mimi's cafe - which is in Kerobokan , on the main Kerobokan road, just before the left turn to Canggu / Tanah Lot ( If you reach this corner, which has a shop on the corner that sells all kinds of strange furniture made out of tree roots, you have gone too far by about 100m) - about 20 minutes drive from Kuta ( if you take the sunset road). They have about 40 pc's to use and it is very cheap - about 6,000 rp per hour. The people at your hotel should be able to help you find it on a map.
