Hey Traci,
My partner and i returned from bali in nov 04. While we were over there he went diving at Tulumben. He said the visibility was really good, and there were even some pretty cool fishies. He went with the PADI dive center that can be found in Kuta. They provided all gear. He had a great time and will do it again when we're over there again. I'm sure if you had a look on the PADI website you'd be able to find out some more.
