The Chief of Police in Bali is highly respected in Australia and I would think that he would love to have the evidence of this blatant CORRUPTION, get it, by any standard or culture, presented to him.
It will continue to flourish so long as dumb bules let them get away with it. The locals are pretty hapless and can not fight back.
If we want to do something positive to help the rakyat of Bali and Indonesia, then blow the whistle on corruption.
