1 I had a GPS with me in the past, so what co-ordinates do you want to have?
2 They should be the same and if they differ the difference will be very small

4 On Nyepi Day you are NOT allowed to leave your Hotel for 24 Hours, so it might be better to se the restaurants in your Hotel. Unless you want to eat cold food of the day before.
