Hi We have stayed at the HRH 4 times and love it. It is fantastic for kids and the cabanna's by the pool are an excellent idea.
As for prices it is pretty cheap considering location and the services that are available. The staff are great and work really hard to ensure that all guests have a great stay.
We would agree that the rooms are a little tired but the loft rooms are fine and a great choice for families.
Go and staye there. You will have great time
