when you find someone just off the street and in particular when you have never been to Bali before you can get ripped off with the price.
When I recommend my driver to anyone, he will always look after them price wise otherwise he knows I won't recommend him any more. He gets more business that way so email Ketut ketutsudirta@hotmail.com
for anything you want to know - even beforehand, and he will pick you up from the airport also, save on transfer fees
