If you do a search on this site we found a dialup account in Bali that provides free internet access (Telkom?)that means you only pay for a local call in your Hotel room. You can also take your computer to an internet cafe and use it there. Last July we did not see any wireless sites at all, but 6 months is a long time in technology-land, so you might be lucky now.
