Well Nyepi falls on the 11th of March so people still get to go out on the 10th till midnight. Then nobody are allowed to go out of their house or hotel untill the 12th after 0600. Well restaurants and shops will be open on the 12th of March after 0600. Hope you'll find this information usefull......cheers..........
