We were delayed for a day and a half - out of Brisbane - ended up flying to Singapore and then Garuda had a charter flight waiting for us to Dempasar - we arrived before 6am - the place was bare - and yes we have a photo. My husband walked out onto the road to grab a cab - as soon as they realised an unscheduled flight had come in - taxis appeared from everywhere. But yes an amazing sight to see that airport quiet - taxi desk closed, no one at arrivals with signs. Didn't take long for the word to get around.
