Hi Fliss, great to hear that you don't need malaria tablets? I mean why bother with the tablets if YOU havn't been sick. I suppose you wouldn't get a tetanus shot if you got a rusty needle through your toe or bother about seeking madical attention after a dog bite as after all its just a scratch in YOUR expert opinion.
What I'm saying is that if you are going to get advice about shots or medications for travelling you can't really beat professional advice.
I have travelled extensively in Asia and have contracted many different and diabolical infections etc. but advising anyone not to take malaria tablets (in a malaria zone) and that just using insect repellant and covering up is good enough is just plain irresponsible.
