I booked it last xmas and by the time the guy turned up to meet us our plane had been processed ,he took us to the luggage pickup then dissapeared for some time to organize the visas ,my suitcase was nearly last off so i waited longer anyway .I didnt think it was worth the extra.The customs people were processing people really quickly.2 planes came in at the same time The trick is to have 25.00 us cash.hope this helps.
