No it hasn't been refurbished - it is only four years old and in my opinion the rooms don't really need a reburishment yet. Maybe the restaurant does though but good enough. My boys had the superior room which was very nice and we had the super deluxe (great!). Friends of ours were staying at the Hard Rock Hotel and they said our rooms were by far superior to theirs, especially the bathrooms. The bathrooms in the superior are very small but quite adequate. The Pelangi is not too far out, it is just our far enough to be in a quiet area but with a short walk around the corner your on Jalan Seminyak and in amongst the hustle and bustle. There is a supermarket just around the corner for all your beer, softdrinks, etc etc.
