Not sure if this is the tour that nicno was talking about, but this is the info I have gathered so far from the forum on bike tours. Should be adequate for booking a trip.

Bali Budaya Tours on Jalan Raya Pengosekan (0361/975557) and Ary's Business
and Travel Service on Jalan Raya, central Ubud (0361/973130) both run
guided mountain-bike rides (Rp360000 including lunch) down minor village
roads from Gunung Batur.
We did a bike tour last August with Bali Budaya tours, ran from the base of
Mt Batur down to Ubud. Probably 90% was downhill and they call it an ECO
tour with several stops along the way to learn about their religion /
lifestyle / work / compunds. Very good tour and alot of fun. Prices were
reasonable from what I recall about 320,000 PP that includes a good buufet
lunch, water, and bike :)
