Transfers are quite expensive and a taxi from the airport to MBR is only Rp30,000. Also the restaurant at MBR never gets good reviews so why not save the breakfast money and eat out at some local places? We were having breakfast this week at Tommy's in Rum Jungle for a couple of dollars each. (Eggs/bacon; freshly baked muffins; pikelets; great coffee)
