Jayakarta is big, nice, caters well for kids and adults.
MBR is another that seems to be popular with families, is bigger now than when we stayed there, but wasn't one of our faves.
The only other way that seems to be the way to go is stay in Tuban at Dynasty, Kartika Plaza, Holiday Inn Resort Bali Hai - they seem to be big on kids clubs.
Hope this helps, somewhat. Our kids are quite a bit younger, so we haven't really ventured into that age and what is needed yet.
