A/Airlines have just refused us any excess baggage.Told us we would have to pay $17 per kilo and no guarantee it would be on same flight.Have always travelled Garuda or Air Paradise who have never failed to give us an extra 20kgs each.We're disappointed that so much will have to be left behind for the next trip.We will never use A/A again.
