I have just returned - 6 days ago- and used Scooby several times. He was fabulous. Other people at my hotel also used him. Even when my plane was 2 hours late, there he was waiting with my name on a sign. I felt totally safe (single woman) and he was highly conscientous. Only wished I could have used him more. Will use him again when I return in 2 months.
